Guestbook for Martin A. Gahn Showing 1 - 11 of 11 entries.

My prayers go out to the family. Marty and my dad rode together to work for almost 20 yrs and were friends outside work. He will be sorely missed.

The Ottawa County Veterans Service Office Staff extend our sincere condolences to Virginia, Michael, Stuart, and Cecile in the recent loss of their father, Martin. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. We know that his passing will not only leave a void in your life, but in the hearts of all those who knew him. May you find comfort in knowing that as a veteran of our country's Armed Forces, Martin gained distinction and earned the respect and gratitude of his fellow Americans through his bravery, heroism, and dedication to our country.

With deepest sympathy,

Uncle Martin was always my financial advisor, my rock, and my friend. Even though we only got home about every three years, I already miss him greatly. Love you Uncle Martin say "Hi" to Aunt Minnie. :-) Love, Carrie and John

Ginny, Mike & Bonnie, Stu and Jodi,
Sorry for the loss of your Dad, he was a very interesting person to say the least and I'm sure he will be missed. It is ironic too, that one of his hobbies (recycling) is part of my current profession (environmental engineering). My brother and I both enjoyed the time we spent with your family growing up, it will never be forgotten.

With Deepest Sympathy,

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. My heart goes out to the family. Death is something we will never get use to. In fact, God's Word refers to death as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) Very soon our loving Heavenly Father, Jehovah God, will remove death once and for all and give us the opportunity to see our loved ones again here on the earth.

Virginia, Michael, and Stuart,
I have fond memories of spending time at your mom and dads house visiting there with my mom while growing up. May your dad rest in peace. Your mom and dad were good friends to my mom.

Dear Mike and Bonnie, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father, Martin. He and your mom were super nice people. I always enjoyed talking with them. I guess I didn't realize that Mary Ann had passed also. My condolences on both of their passing. Just a brief note if you're interested: Your grandfather's (Bert Gahn) home was within the last two weeks torn down. They couldn't find any inheritors to the property. I suspect they were looking for beneficiaries from Follet/Santiago families, who I think purchased the property from your family. The land will no doubt go up for sale soon. Wishing you and your family all the best. Sylvia "Sue" Wicks-Kimball
